oh maggie, i am so happy for you! for someone who rides the anxiety bus every day - to think of a whole winter without it - INCONCEIVABLE!

Carrie

I'm so glad you had a good winter! I would like to point out that this was, possibly not coincidentally, also the winter that you met and got to hang out with me several times... ;)

Wasn't the weather today glorious! Hope you get to enjoy it again tomorrow!

Jenny Ryan

How wonderful! So happy for you.

Jen

Awesome. :) I hope that this keeps up forever, that you've finally broken whatever cycle was doing that to you.

Christiana

I'm so glad you had a good winter. I hope that it maybe is the beginning of a break in the pattern for you! Of course, next winter you can always come visit me in sunny FL to get away from the winter doldrums!! :)

Sheila

I kinda understand what you mean about having trouble DURING the pregnancy and not so much after.

While I was pregnant, I verged on suicidal with depression... but as soon as my son was born, I was (and still am) "cured!"

Lindsay

What a hopeful post! Very happy for you. I don't even have anxiety issues and I was totally flipping winter the bird with both hands by the end.

Jess

I am so glad for you. And also, I started taking vitamin D last fall, not as regularly as I should have but fairly often, and I had my levels tested again recently and they're now normal instead of low. So, I bet yours are great too. Go you!
